Totally responsive, quick availability, absolutely dependable and gave great advice on how to proceed with our projects … plus very patient as we added more and more things to our list. I chose “Other Project” because we really piled on a ton of different things we needed to have done. Trevor and his crew worked on our Garage (new door, new window, trim replaced/painted, and brick work restored – amazing!); exterior basement entrance (seal and re-parge walls, paint door); Deck (power wash and seal … what a difference!); Power wash vinyl siding; pull up old carpeting and then install new quarter-round floor molding; adjust door locks (75 year-old original knobs we wanted to keep, but would not properly close/latch); adjust cabinet hinges so doors didn’t stick; interior room painting; and couple of other small odds and ends. At the end of this long list of tasks, we “closed” out our original contract. Then we had Trevor look at some work we needed done in our unfinished basement to get it up to par, and promptly agreed to go forward with Phase 2. I anticipate that we will be just as impressed and pleased with this work.

Installed insulation in the overhang off the back of my house from the first floor to the second floor. Worked in sub 32 degree weather and didn’t break a single piece of soffit or siding. Couldn’t tell they did anything until i poked my head up into the space from the inside, which is exactly what you want in that situation. Will use them again.
